More Control Over Your Mailtrap Account With New User Management
Blog post from Mailtrap
Mailtrap has introduced centralized User Management to simplify collaboration and permission control across inboxes, projects, and billing for its nearly 900,000 users. Account owners can now view all team members, invite or remove users, assign access to multiple projects or inboxes from one screen, and adjust permissions without navigating separate menus. The feature establishes owner, admin, and viewer roles, with owners retaining full account control, admins able to manage most settings but not delete the account or transfer ownership, and viewers limited to read-only access to projects, inboxes, and emails. Separate billing roles allow designated billing admins to manage subscriptions and payment methods or billing viewers to inspect invoices without accessing email-related resources. User Management is available on plans that support team members, beginning with the Team plan for up to 20 users.
