With this new integration, users can receive alerts directly in Teams, use the "Ask Copilot" button to get instant answers, mention Lumigo in an alert thread to trigger contextual analysis, and get AI-generated insights, root cause suggestions, and remediation paths inside the Teams app. To get started, users need to head to the Integrations page in Lumigo, add the Lumigo app to their Microsoft Teams instance, configure alerts, and start interacting with Copilot using the Ask button or mentioning Lumigo in threads.
