Luciq Becomes Luciq.ai, Pioneers New Category: Agentic Mobile Observability
Blog post from Luciq
LuciQ, an AI-powered mobile observability company, announced its rebrand to Luciq.ai at DroidCon Berlin 2025 and introduced “Agentic Mobile Observability,” a category centered on AI agents that proactively detect, diagnose, prevent, and potentially resolve mobile app issues. The company says its multi-agent platform moves beyond conventional dashboards and alerts by monitoring regressions, performance bottlenecks, anomalies, and user flows; testing updates against production data; and supporting AI-powered deployments. Luciq.ai positions the change as a response to the growing importance of app quality for customer retention and revenue, as well as developer burnout caused by ongoing debugging and incident response. Backed by Accel and Insight Partners and having raised more than $50 million, the Y Combinator-rooted company says its platform is used by organizations including DoorDash, T-Mobile, Figma, Decathlon, and Verizon.
