This feature enables the automatic assignment of issues to relevant teams using a rules engine, which can also trigger additional actions like forwarding issues to integrations. Users can manually assign issues to teams and create rules to alert teams only to pertinent issues, reducing noise and enhancing focus. The code ownership rollout includes tools for monitoring team-specific workloads and is set to expand to App Performance Monitoring with future updates aimed at improving accountability and streamlining prioritization. Feedback is encouraged through Intercom to further refine these features.
