What Instabug Did While Social Distancing

With the COVID-19 pandemic causing widespread isolation, Instabug's PeopleOps team came up with creative activities to keep their remote team connected and engaged. They organized a weekly video call series where team members got to learn more about each other, a "baby pic day" that led to a massive Slack thread, and various health-related challenges such as quarantine yoga and salad-making contests. The team also enjoyed game nights featuring emoji charades, online Pictionary, and movie nights with a Netflix Party watch-along. Additionally, they participated in puzzle-solving and origami challenges, and even organized Ramadan-themed riddles and fitness challenges to stay healthy during the holy month. These activities helped keep the team's spirits high and fostered a sense of community despite physical distancing.
