Workspace Insights is a new feature within the Security Center designed to help administrators manage and understand the extensive landscape of projects within enterprise workspaces, which can number in the thousands and involve numerous databases, published endpoints, and sensitive data. This feature provides an overview through stat cards that display key metrics like total projects and high-priority review projects, alongside quick filters for important categories such as projects with personally identifiable information (PII), abandoned projects, and those with open security findings. A searchable and filterable table allows detailed examination of each project, revealing essential information like review priority, publish status, security findings, and PII detection details without needing to open individual projects. Additional features include PII detection and automatic redaction in various formats, as well as integration with a security scanner that highlights code-level risks and supply chain vulnerabilities. Workspace Insights is currently available for Enterprise customers, offering administrators enhanced visibility, control, and compliance capabilities without hindering project development speed.
