Product Spotlight: Announcing Power Search for Log Restore

Logz.io has announced enhancements to its Archive+Restore capabilities, aimed at providing a cost-efficient solution for long-term log storage and retrieval in AWS S3, with upcoming support for Azure Blob. The introduction of Power Search allows faster and more precise restoration of log data by enabling users to filter data based on specific needs, thus reducing costs and time associated with data retrieval. This feature is particularly beneficial for data used infrequently, such as compliance-related logs, and supports Logz.io’s strategy of matching log storage costs with their use case. Power Search leverages free text search and field-based querying to help users quickly access the necessary insights from archived data. The improvements are part of Logz.io's ongoing efforts to offer economical observability solutions, encouraging users to manage large volumes of rarely accessed log data without incurring high costs, and are currently available for free with an option to estimate future costs.
