Using Cloudflare Pages with IPFS
Blog post from LogRocket
IPFS, or the InterPlanetary File System, is a peer-to-peer hypermedia protocol designed to address inefficiencies in blockchain networks like Ethereum by providing decentralized storage for assets, thus reducing costs and improving access speeds. Cloudflare Pages, a JAMStack platform, facilitates the deployment of websites into the cloud, offering integration with IPFS to serve Web3 products. By leveraging Cloudflare Pages, developers can deploy applications using popular frameworks and serve them through the IPFS network, which uses content addressing to ensure data integrity and accessibility. This integration allows websites to be hosted in a decentralized manner, mitigating issues associated with centralized systems, like susceptibility to attacks and censorship. Though still in development, Cloudflare's IPFS integration is expected to be widely available, enhancing the deployment and access of applications in the decentralized web environment.
