UX design is often mistakenly viewed as a purely artistic endeavor, but it fundamentally revolves around problem-solving and understanding user needs through a combination of psychology, creativity, and systems thinking. Although data tools such as A/B testing and analytics platforms have revolutionized the field by providing measurable insights, there is a growing concern that an over-reliance on data can overshadow the human-centered and creative aspects of UX.
