The platform prioritized textbook-backed sources over generic web links, highlighted expert verification with real names and credentials, and introduced sections for evidence and examples to bolster trust. They also allowed users to compare answers from different AI providers to foster transparency and confidence. Furthermore, social proof through user reviews remained a valuable trust indicator. The company concluded that credibility must be designed as a comprehensive system rather than relying on superficial markers, emphasizing that trust signals are essential across various sectors, including search, documentation, publishing, and customer support.
