Starting a new chapter and my message to prospective LD designers

The author joined LaunchDarkly as employee #3 and first design hire in 2015. They learned from the company's exceptional team members and developed a strong sense of success through personal accomplishments, helping others, and making a positive impact on their work. The LaunchDarkly team is dedicated to solving software release problems and enabling companies to deliver better software faster. The author has decided to leave LaunchDarkly for Southern California but speaks highly of the company's design process and encourages designers to consider working there.
