2024 Survey: Impact of LaunchDarkly on Customer Outcomes

LaunchDarkly's feature management and experimentation platform has been found to drive positive business outcomes for customers, according to a survey conducted by Wakefield Research in April 2024. The results show that 95% of surveyed customers agree that "LaunchDarkly has a positive impact on organizational performance such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency." Additionally, the platform helps increase innovation velocity (90%), reduce operational costs (86%), and improve software delivery and operational performance. The top use cases for LaunchDarkly were dark launches, testing in production, and progressive delivery.
