LaunchDarkly Joins EU-US Data Privacy Framework

LaunchDarkly has expanded its data privacy compliance options by becoming an active participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), DPF UK extension, and Swiss-US DPF. This move demonstrates their commitment to safeguarding customers' personal data shared during service usage. The DPF ensures secure transfer and handling of personal data between the European Union and the United States, offering additional options for compliance with data privacy laws such as GDPR. LaunchDarkly's Data Processing Addendum now encompasses the requirements of the DPF and other widely accepted mechanisms like SCCs to ensure customers' data transfers meet high standards of privacy and security.
