The third-generation evolution of the platform, TAMM 3.0, features an AI-powered TAMM Assistant that proactively anticipates customer needs, performs personalised tasks, automates service execution, and generates actionable insights. The assistant is powered by LangChain and LangGraph, enabling seamless access to services, user-centric responses, and a unified experience across multiple platforms. Five key workflows enable the assistant to address various queries, from service inquiries and information retrieval to support requests and general knowledge discussions. Leveraging LangChain's robust orchestration capabilities, the AI Assistant integrates with TAMM's unified backend for real-time functionality. The system is designed to scale with growing user needs, ensuring agility and efficiency in managing user data, and represents a significant step forward in citizen engagement and government services.
