AI Engineer Paris, a two-day conference held in September 2025, was successfully organized by a serverless platform company despite their lack of prior experience in managing events of this scale. The conference featured over 700 attendees, 25 sponsors, and 47 talks across five tracks, reflecting the growing interest in AI technologies. Held at Station F, an iconic startup campus in Paris, the event aimed to bring the global AI engineer community together and enhance Koyeb's brand awareness. Despite the challenges of planning the event in just three months, including the typical slow pace of August in France, the organizers managed to secure reliable providers for A/V, furniture, catering, and other logistics. Their strategy involved leveraging existing tools and networks, maintaining clear communication, and adapting to last-minute changes. The conference not only showcased AI innovations but also provided a platform for networking and collaboration among AI builders and practitioners.
