Designers Martin and developer Petar collaborated to address the challenges of creating an intuitive onboarding process, making it accessible for both individual users and teams. The process involved a critical review of the previous onboarding experience, a walkthrough of the new flows using Figma, and gathering data from prototypes through community surveys and Maze. They explored the use of illustrations versus actual product UI to simplify onboarding and addressed variations for edge cases in a live PR environment.
