Announcing Capacitor v3.3.0
Blog post from Ionic
Capacitor 3.3.0 has been released, featuring several bug fixes, updates to core plugins, and the introduction of a new project configuration tool. A significant addition includes the highly requested feature allowing users to select multiple images from a device's photo gallery via the @capacitor/[email protected] plugin. The release also introduces a new configuration tool designed to automate Capacitor app settings, which is particularly useful for app white labeling. This tool enables easier plugin installation and customization of app configurations. Additionally, the Capacitor team is expanding and looking to hire a Lead Engineer to further develop its technical vision, aiming to bridge web and mobile development.
