What we shipped: better in-app messaging, Inbox Insights, and more

We have shipped several updates to Intercom, including improvements to in-app messaging with platform targeting and mobile push notification enhancements. Additionally, we've introduced Inbox Insights to help teams understand their support performance and workload, as well as permissions to restrict access to app settings and specific features. Other notable changes include faster image handling, pagination, and saved drafts, as well as UI improvements such as toggling visibility of tags and segments, and archiving unused events, all designed to reduce noise and increase efficiency for users.
