The company's next-gen Inbox has been improved with four new features including language support in Spanish and keyboard shortcuts in five languages. Additionally, users can now customize conversation assignments by reordering attributes such as conversation priority and wait time. Other updates include a new search bar for Custom Bots, an overview of customer engagement by message type, and custom report filters for the first response time metric.
