We've also enhanced security with two-factor authentication, Google Sign-On, and Teammate Activity Logs, as well as added features like one-to-one WhatsApp messages directly from the Inbox, easy-access positive ratings for teammates, and improved metrics reliability. Additionally, we've introduced a new mobile SDK supporting our next-gen Messenger and tickets, and made updates to API 2.6 with webhook topic support, syncing Intercom changes across CRM tools, and improvements to Conversation API. These releases aim to simplify everyday tasks, boost team morale, and enhance security and reliability for businesses using Intercom.
