Our goal with Intercom is to provide a product for every single web business to help them proactively build and manage relationships with their customers. We’ve reached an important milestone, having tracked over 1,000,000 end-users in our Private Beta, which has helped 500 growing web businesses track and engage with their users. The intense demand for access to our Beta led us to launch a Public Beta, making it available to everyone, while we prepare for the official launch of Version 1 this summer. We've also secured $1M in funding from strategic angel investors and technology funds, including notable figures such as Biz Stone, Jonathan Siegel, and Paul Adams, who will help guide our journey towards building a Massively Viable Product.
