To integrate with popular CRMs, Glyphic chose to use a 3rd-party platform called Integration.app due to its flexibility and ability to quickly build integrations without straining their engineering team. With Integration.app, Glyphic was able to build a working prototype of their integration with top 3 CRMs in less than 2 weeks, and fully custom native UI that seamlessly embeds integration elements into their product's user workflows. This allowed them to focus on integrating multiple CRMs at once, reducing the time spent on building new integrations and enabling faster iteration on the whole integration portfolio. The resulting integrations provide a seamless experience for users, with features like automatic CRM push and searching contacts in the CRM, making it easier for sales teams to manage their workflows and data.
