Hawaya, a matchmaking app for young Muslims, partnered with Instabug to establish a feedback channel and receive bug reports from users. Prior to using Instabug, Hawaya's customer care team relied on Intercom to communicate with premium users and manually tracked bugs in a spreadsheet. With Instabug, Hawaya has streamlined its workflow by setting up a dedicated channel for user feedback and bug reporting, which has saved time and improved the efficiency of fixing technical issues. The app's CTO discovered Instabug while exploring alternative tools after their Intercom deal ended, and found that it could be customized to meet their needs despite not being primarily an in-app chat tool.
