June 2022: The Most Significant Update To Infracost To Date!

Infracost v0.10 marks a significant milestone by eliminating the reliance on the Terraform CLI, enabling faster and more straightforward cost estimation processes without the need for cloud credentials. This update allows users to parse HCL code directly, which enhances CI/CD integrations and reduces execution time from 50 seconds to just 2 seconds. Users can now generate cost estimates directly from Terraform modules and integrate them into infrastructure-as-code repositories and Visual Studio.
