In June, Infracost focused on enhancing integrations and expanding resource coverage, introducing new features in version 0.9.2 and providing a migration guide for users of version 0.8. The tool now supports CI/CD integrations with platforms like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins, and has extended its functionality to infra-as-code management platforms such as Terraform Cloud, Env0, and Spacelift, enabling cloud cost estimates. Infracost supports over 200 Terraform resources across AWS, Azure, and Google, while identifying over 500 free resources, which are excluded from CLI output. New supported cloud resources include AWS Backup and Kinesis Firehose, Google BigQuery, and Azure Event Hubs, among others. Additionally, users can generate shell completion scripts for various shell environments, enhancing usability. Community engagement is encouraged through feedback via GitHub and Slack.
