This platform addresses the inefficiencies of traditional billing alerts by offering real-time feedback on cost estimates via a dashboard that visualizes pull requests and their associated cost changes. Infracost Cloud also simplifies the work of FinOps practitioners by enabling them to track and correlate cost changes to specific code modifications, thereby saving time and facilitating better communication with engineering teams. Custom pricing options are available to accommodate enterprise agreements with major cloud providers, and the platform continues to expand its features and integrations, including a VS Code extension and support for private registry modules.
