Release Announcement: Telegraf 1.20.3

Telegraf 1.20.3 has been released with several improvements and security updates. The release includes upgrades for CloudWatch plugin, Ethtool Input Plugin, Intel RDT Input, Internet Speed Input, Kube Inventory Input, MongoDB Input, MySQL Input, Procstat Input, Prometheus Input, SQL Server Input, Webhooks Input, ZFS Input, and Processor plugins. Additionally, external plugins for IBM DB2 and Oracle have been added. The new release also includes integration tests for Azure SQL databases and Azure SQL managed instances.
