Release Announcement: Telegraf 1.16.1

Telegraf 1.16.1 has been released with improvements to several plugins including Kafka Input and Output, SQL Server Input, RAS Input, Processes Input, Windows Performance Counters Input, among others. The release includes fixes for various issues such as syntax errors, file handler problems, and incorrect counter values. Additionally, the plugin for SQL Server now includes a new tag for the readable value of the SQL Server version, while the RAS input plugin has been disabled on certain Linux architectures.
