Release Announcement: Telegraf 1.16.0

Telegraf 1.16.0 has been released, featuring several key improvements including official packages built with Go 1.15, removal of deprecated RabbitMQ server health check from the rabbitmq input plugin, and a default InfluxDB port change to 8086 to match the new OSS 2.0 release. New inputs have been added for Intel RDT, NSD, OPC UA, Proxmox, and Windows Eventlog, as well as outputs for Dynatrace, Sumo Logic, and Timestream. External plugins such as Amazon Cloudwatch Alarms Input Plugin, YouTube Input Plugin, Octoprint Input Plugin, and Systemd Timings Input Plugin have also been introduced.
