Release Announcement: InfluxDB OSS 2.0.9

InfluxDB OSS 2.0.9 has been released with new features, performance improvements, and fixes. The release includes a new Resources API, Flux updates, and optimized series iteration for certain queries. Additionally, the CLI packaging will change in future versions, and Mac OS users should note that this version requires at least go 1.16 and macOS 10.12 Sierra to run.
