Ops & Security improvements in the new release of Chronograf

The latest release of Chronograf includes several security improvements, including an upgrade to the bluemonday component to resolve a known vulnerability (CVE-2021-29272) and enhanced access controls to prevent users from accessing multiple organizations simultaneously.
