I'm joining InfluxData, a company that has built a successful open-source time series database platform called InfluxDB, which is being used in various applications for real-time monitoring and analytics. The company was founded by Paul and Todd, two experienced entrepreneurs who started the company as Errplane and pivoted after their open source backend caught fire. I'm excited to work with the team, who are passionate about building a great product that enables developers to build even cooler stuff. With my background in entrepreneurship and experience running a successful startup, I'm looking forward to helping the company focus on building the product and platform, while also contributing to the open-source community.
