Beta3 of Chronograf

The Chronograf beta has been updated with bug fixes and new features, including the ability to create custom queries outside of the query builder, improved UI enhancements such as distinguishing queries in Data Explorer and color-coding Kapacitor alert levels. Additionally, a couple of bug fixes were included, addressing issues like text selection and version information display.
