Summary

As a Product Engineering intern at incident.io, I've learned that being an intern means making a real and visible impact every day, taking on a lot of responsibility, but also having access to support and tools to handle it. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is the importance of spending 1:1 time with colleagues, trusting your instincts, not being afraid to break things or ask questions, and actively setting aside time for learning. These experiences have been invaluable and I'm grateful to be a part of such a supportive team.
