Announcing Catalog – the connected map of everything in your organization

Incident.io Catalog is a new feature that aims to improve incident response by providing a connected map of everything within an organization, including services, teams, customers, and more. The tool enables users to track which product features are affected, automatically infer affected teams, build workflows for escalations, and connect incidents to affected customers in their CRM. Catalog is designed to integrate with existing tools and catalogs, allowing users to sync data from various sources such as GitHub repositories, PagerDuty Services, or Jira Projects.
