Building Pakistan Notice Helper: A Small AI Tool for a Very Local Safety Problem

Rather than determining the authenticity of messages, it functions as a triage tool, providing users with risk assessments, explanations, visible warning signs, and recommended next steps in both English and Urdu. The project emphasizes the effectiveness of small, focused AI models, with Qwen3.5 4B chosen for its balance of quality, speed, cost, and feasibility over larger models. The tool is designed to be a practical, local solution, helping users recognize red flags and avoid potentially fraudulent actions.
