Hookdeck has updated its plans and pricing due to user feedback highlighting some initial misconceptions in the original model. The company is now separating requests and attempts, making seats unlimited for all customers, increasing volume for free users, and offering more features for free. New plans include the Developer, Team, Growth, and Business tiers with varying retention periods, request/attempt limits, additional usage rates, and features. Current paying customers can stay on their current plan or upgrade to the new ones at any time.
