Replaying requests, multiple API keys, and wildcard topic routing - Hookdeck July 2026
Blog post from Hookdeck
Hookdeckâs July 2026 releases introduce request replay, which creates new requests and events from existing traffic so users can backfill newly added connections, reprocess payloads under updated filters or transformations, and route requests to different sources, while differing from retries that re-run existing delivery or event entities. The platform now supports multiple full-access API keys per project for individual naming, filtering, and rotation. Outpost versions 1.0.7 and 1.1.0 add wildcard topic matching, configurable webhook system-header names, AWS SQS IAM role authentication, operator events, and dead-letter handling for stalled retries. CLI version 2.3.1 adds keyboard shortcuts for copying complete payloads, headers, or bodies, expands Event Gateway MCP filtering to match API filters, and enables noninteractive authentication for listening commands through CLI or project API keys. Event Gateway also added seven verified source integrations: Cloudinary, Volume, Statsig, Vapi, Attentive, Bunny Stream, and Tikkie.
