Hex has introduced "Tasks," an enhancement to the Hex Agent, designed to automatically schedule and deliver answers to recurring business questions directly to users via Slack or email. Unlike traditional static dashboards, the Hex Agent provides dynamic responses and can learn from previous interactions to track changes over time. "Tasks" allows users to receive daily briefings, proactively identify metric drops, and get comprehensive updates on key accounts by integrating structured data like usage trends with unstructured information such as meeting notes and news. Available for Professional, Team, and Enterprise workspaces, this tool aims to streamline workflow by automating routine inquiries, thereby enhancing team productivity and insight.
