Over the past six months, Helicone has introduced a series of enhancements to improve user experience and functionality, including features like session tracking, prompt management, and experiments, which help users manage and refine AI workflows. They have also integrated Slack alerts for real-time notifications, improved speed and performance for handling large datasets, and added security measures to protect AI applications. The backend has been completely rewritten with Kafka for enhanced scalability and log persistence, processing over 2 billion logs and 1.5 trillion tokens. Looking ahead, Helicone plans to further develop their prompt experiments workflow and introduce new evaluation and integration features. The team has expanded with the addition of new members to further drive innovation and support for their platform, aiming to provide a cohesive and seamless user experience.
