Heap has introduced several usability updates to its analytics platform, enhancing dashboard functionality and ease of collaboration. To facilitate team collaboration, Heap now offers a bulk invitation feature, allowing users to easily add multiple team members to their company's account by pasting email lists directly into the platform. These updates are a result of user feedback, and Heap encourages continued input to further refine its offerings.
