Terraform gains upgrades for module tests, explorer, and more

HashiCorp has released several enhancements for Terraform Cloud and Enterprise, including test-integrated module publishing, workspace visibility explorer, inactivity-based destruction for ephemeral workspaces, priority variable sets, run trigger auto-apply option, and an updated Terraform version selector.
