HashiCorp has surpassed 1,000 employees, a milestone achieved through strategic team building and growth across various functions, including Developer Relations, Engagement, Inclusion, Diversity, Design, Sales, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition. The company's remote-centric culture, which was already well-suited for remote work before the pandemic, allowed it to easily adapt to the shift in work environment.
