New Auto Scaling Strategy with HashiCorp Nomad

Additionally, the Autoscaler introduces a threshold strategy, which defines tiers with upper and lower bound values and takes action based on metric crossings. Furthermore, the Autoscaler now offers better cluster scale-in control through node selector strategies, allowing for more flexible client selection mechanisms.
