Previously, Tilting Point's lead software engineer, Evan Thomas, was the sole person managing the CI/CD pipelines, which were prone to rolling deployment risks and false monitoring alerts, consuming a substantial portion of his time. The move to Kubernetes, facilitated by Harness, empowered Thomas to modernize the company's applications and achieve deployment efficiencies similar to those seen in larger tech companies with extensive DevOps teams.
