Internal developer platforms were identified as the practical enforcement layer for authentication, authorization, impersonation rules, Policy as Code, and observability throughout deployment pipelines. The discussion also highlighted that effective AI governance requires involvement from security, legal, and finance, while its measurements should connect to business outcomes such as churn and budget priorities.
