This integration allows users to track key DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) metrics, such as Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, and Mean Time to Recovery, directly from ServiceNow activities, thus providing a more comprehensive understanding of operational performance without altering current workflows. Users can utilize their existing ServiceNow data to improve Harness SEI reporting and create customizable dashboards that emphasize crucial metrics for their teams. The integration offers two authentication methods and supports a robust measurement of DORA metrics, enabling trend analysis and continuous improvement by linking change requests and incidents to deployment and failure events. This collaboration aims to bridge the gap between operational data in ServiceNow and development metrics in Harness SEI, offering a holistic view of the software delivery lifecycle to facilitate informed decision-making and process optimization.
