Introducing Agent Tasks

Gumloop now enables users to automate tasks with Agents that can operate based on schedules or trigger events from other applications, enhancing their functionality without requiring user interaction. These Agents can execute tasks at specific times or respond to events like receiving emails or updates in apps like Zendesk and Google Sheets. Users can set up Scheduled Tasks for regular automation such as sending daily summaries or pipeline reviews, while Trigger-based Tasks allow responses to real-time events, like email triage or pre-meeting briefings. Setting up tasks is straightforward, as users can communicate directly with Agents to configure task parameters, making automation accessible without the need for coding.
