Bringing Gumloop agents into Microsoft Teams

Gumloop agents can now be integrated directly into Microsoft Teams, allowing them to function seamlessly as virtual teammates within the platform. This integration means users can interact with the agents without needing to switch tabs, simply by @mentioning the agent in a channel where it can perform tasks like providing account context, answering data questions, or generating reports. The setup process involves selecting the Microsoft Teams option in the External Channels tab and connecting the agent, which then uses its existing skills and instructions to respond to user prompts. This feature aims to enhance productivity by enabling workflow automation and providing easy access to AI capabilities within the familiar workspace of Microsoft Teams.
