Graphite has recently introduced new features and improvements aimed at enhancing continuous integration (CI) workflows and reducing associated costs. These updates include the ability to set up CI-based automations using templates, allowing users to implement common workflows like notifying authors when CI fails or delaying reviewer requests until CI passes. A new batch merge feature, currently in beta, enables the evaluation of CI on multiple pull requests (PRs) simultaneously, potentially reducing the number of CI runs needed. This feature is designed to work with both stacked and non-stacked PRs and will eventually be integrated with Parallel CI to offer flexibility in maintaining a green commit history. Additionally, Graphite's CI optimizer, also in beta, will soon allow integration with Buildkite and GitHub Actions to skip unnecessary CI runs during development. Recent fixes include resolving an issue with erroneous scrolling on the PR page and improving the inbox display by removing review times for closed and merged PRs. Graphite is also hosting a series of events, including a live learning session and a developer happy hour, and is planning a launch week with new product announcements based on user feedback.
